Current Positions Available:
FH&L employs several administrative positions, as well as those positions that work directly with developmentally delayed children. Currently, FH&L is looking for positive, loving, and energetic people for the following positions:

Behavior Therapist (Associates Degree Preferred/***We Provide Training!***)
Behavior Therapist
Job Purpose: To provide one-on-one therapy to help special needs children improve their skills across all areas of development.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-
Implement ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programming with children with developmental disabilities
-
Follow treatment plans to manage inappropriate behaviors
-
Assist children in acquiring language, academic, self-help, and
-
social skills
-
Complete accurate daily paperwork and data collection
-
Actively participate in staff training programs to increase
-
professional skills
-
Adherence to all policies and procedures, including HIPPA policies
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
-
Must have 48 hours of college credits or Associates Degree
-
A passion for children and helping them to develop their skills
-
Must have reliable transportation
-
Ability to pass a state and federal background inquiry
-
Strong logic and reasoning skills
-
Experience working with children aged 3-22
-
Preferred to have experience with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), but not required as we have an extensive training program to begin your career in this field
*Preferred to have familiarity/background in education, psychology, therapy (occupational, physical, speech), or nursing care
